1. Course Enrollment
Course registration is confirmed only after successful receipt of applicable fees. Students are advised to verify course details, duration, syllabus, batch timings, and fee structure before completing admission.
2. Registration Fee
Any registration, admission, enrollment, or application fee paid to Saprah Welfare Foundation is non-refundable , unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate payment made by mistake.
- Payment made but admission not processed due to institute-side technical error.
- Course cancelled by Saprah Welfare Foundation due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Any other case approved in writing by management.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after enrollment.
- Failure to attend classes after admission confirmation.
- Lack of required documents from student side.
- Partial attendance or discontinuation by student.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, students must submit a written request with payment proof, transaction ID, and reason for request to the official support email. Requests are reviewed case-by-case.
6. Processing Timeline
If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method. Bank or payment gateway delays may apply.
